Membership includes:

Unlimited exams* and rechecks
Vaccinations (Rabies, DAP, Lepto, & Bordetella), including required boosters
Deworming treatments, if needed
Annual heartworm test
Annual fecal testing to screen for intestinal parasites
Year’s supply of heartworm, flea, and tick prevention, dispensed 6 months at a time

Pet Prime® Feline Plan

Membership includes:

Unlimited exams* and rechecks
Vaccinations (Rabies, HC2P, Leukemia)–full booster series for kittens and annual booster for adult cats
Deworming treatments–two treatments for kittens and as needed for adult cats
FeLV/FIV testing for all kittens and if needed for adult cats
Fecal testing to screen for intestinal parasites–two tests for kittens and annual for adult cats
Year’s supply of heartworm, flea, and tick prevention
- Kittens: dispensed based on kitten’s size, up to 6 months at a time
- Adult Cats: dispensed 6 months at a time

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the enrollment fee one time only, or is it an annual fee?

The enrollment fee is one-time only as long as the pet remains consecutively enrolled year after year. Canceling a plan and then enrolling later would include another enrollment fee.

Is there a multi-pet discount?

Each pet is the enrollment fee plus the monthly fee.

Is the cost of the visit covered for a sick pet exam?

The exam cost is 100% covered under Pet Prime Memberships. Diagnostics, treatments, and medications are all invoiced at regular prices.

Are substitutions allowed for preventatives?

Pet Prime does not allow substitutions for preventatives.

My dog weighs more than 132 pounds. Is the additional preventative covered under Pet Prime?

Pet Prime membership only covers dosages up to 132 pounds. The Pet Prime member is responsible for the cost of any additional preventative needed for dogs over 132 pounds.

Can Care Credit be used to pay for Pet Prime?

Care Credit can’t be used for services that are not rendered at the time of payment, and Care Credit information can’t be stored in our system to be used for monthly Pet Prime payments.

What happens if my pet passes away or I move?

Per the agreement, plans can be canceled at any time. Any services provided under the Pet Prime plan will be invoiced at regular price, with monthly payments applied towards the balance (Excluding the enrollment fee). The Pet Prime member would then be responsible for the balance due, OR we would owe the member a refund if the payments made were greater than the price of the items used. Preventatives such as prescription products are not able to be returned.
