Client Service Representative

Full-Time Position

Social Circle Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As the face and voice of our veterinary clinic, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for our clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital.

What You'll Do: 

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone. Schedule and confirm appointments using AVA, Pulse, and other clinic systems.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately to appropriate staff.
  • Check-in and check-out clients, including processing payments and invoicing. Maintain and update client and patient records.
  • Provide general information about services, treatments, and policies.
  • Informing clients about our Pet Prime wellness plans and assist with enrollments or inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean reception area and front lobby.
  • Collaborate with veterinary assistants, technicians, and veterinarians to ensure efficient clinic flow.

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
  • Experience in a veterinary setting is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate in stressful situations. Love for animals and commitment to their care.
